Refund Policy – Northeast Dance Connect Combine

To ensure the highest quality experience for all participants, Northeast Dance Connect commits significant resources in advance, including facility rentals, staffing, coach travel arrangements, event materials, and scheduling. As a result, the following refund policy applies:

Cancellation Requests Received Before June 10, 2026

• Participants who cancel their registration before Wednesday, June 10, 2026 may receive a refund of their registration fee, less any non-refundable processing fees.

Cancellation Requests Received On or After June 10, 2026

• No refunds will be issued beginning Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

• This policy applies regardless of injury, illness, family emergencies, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather-related issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

•  Registrations are non-transferable to another participant and may not be applied to future Northeast Dance Connect events.

Event Cancellation by Northeast Dance Connect

•  If Northeast Dance Connect cancels the event, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.

•   If the event is rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new event date.

By registering for the Northeast Dance Connect Combine, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
